Where were you at before working Maria?
Before our first session i was troubled daily by my negative thoughts and my inability to take appropriate action in my personal life and business. More specifically the areas were procrastination and perfectionism. I could never have expected the results that would occur over the following 3 sessions with Maria.
How did you feel about or find the service during your sessions?
Having participated in guided meditations and visualization exercises in the past I was expecting something similar. Even though they had provided good results, they were nothing compared to the impact Maria had on me. Due to her vast skillset and experience, Maria was able to adjust exercises and coaching styles as required to best serve my needs. The emotional blocks this allowed us to break through and dissolve (even within the first session) was incredible. I am so grateful for the changes that have occurred.
What was the most valuable thing you gained?
Being able to detach myself from limiting thoughts and the emotions they evoked was incredibly powerful. Instead of feeling powerless against them I was now able to let them be whilst continuing to move forward. This has influenced my business as well by allowing me to execute on some major business ventures that I had dwelled on for over 12 months in a matter of days!
What did you find most enjoyable?
Journeying through my past to uncover the hidden issues that created my limiting beliefs was fascinating. I had no idea about how different periods of my life could impact me so drastically.
Anything else you would like to say?
If you have that feeling that something is holding you back from achieving what you want, whether you know what it is or not, I urge you to speak with Maria. You will be amazed at how much more beautiful your life can become!

Before seeing Maria, I had been struggling to get a new job, I had had many job interviews (8-10) and failed each time. I didn’t have clear set goals about my life and wasn’t aware of what really made me happy or what I really wanted. I had ideas of where I wanted to be in the future but then I also felt like it was a fantasy rather than something achievable.
I was feeling and thinking that I wasn’t good enough, that I didn’t have enough love in my life and wasn’t able to connect with people.
Maria worked with me to find my strengths, what really matters to me and in a short time I applied for a job that truly aligned with my values and got an offer.
She coached me to find out my limiting beliefs, finding the root cause and work on these beliefs. I went from being in doubt with myself to feeling confident and having a positive self image.
Each session was truly an amazing experience, I learned many tools to release my stress, boost my confidence and have a clear vision. Maria is such a great listener and mentor, this helped me to connect with her on a deep level and I could open up about all of my fears, doubts and every single thought that disturbs me.
Now I’m in a job that I love, I have a clear vision about my future and a path. I truly believe in myself and know I can achieve what I truly want.
